Easy to assemble, this is the right one
Easy to assemble, and remember to hold down the "M" button to turn it on, it dose do the 28 mph on the high setting, the tires sound off like a set of mud tires on a 4 wheel drive truck, which is not a bad thing to let people and animals know your coming through. The seat is comfortable and the front fork shock absorbers are a big help with the smooth ride. I will be installing a set of foot pegs on the outside edge of the foot bed for a little more comfort, If you have size 12 shoes like me it will make sense. The head light is LED and is by my guess close to 600 lumens. Very good on the lighting scale, I do also like the duel disk brakes and it has decent stopping power, I did install a handle bar drink holder, and probably will also have some sort of phone holder real soon. The tires that come with this scooter could be a little better quality, but they will for now, I will be looking for a street tire that may give a little more speed and not so noisy of a ride, I did ride through some pretty tall grass in the front yard and it plowed right through it, so I looked at several of these things before making my choice and for the price point and features that it has, this was the right one. Some of these scooters have a lot of wattage, and they will run 60 miles an hour, but if you ride one of these, you really don't want to go 60 miles an hour, because if you come off accidentally, it's gonna hurt.

Big hit with grandson
I had 10 different scooters in my cart before I finally settled on this one. I wanted it for my 10 year old grandson’s birthday. His cousins next door are also near his age but they have electric bikes. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood with not a lot of traffic. Watching the other kids flying down the road on something that could go up to 35 mph and their feet didn’t reach the ground was terrifying. He took to the scooter right away in fact his cousins were in line to also ride it. They all liked how it seemed “off road”, the horn, the lights and how easy it was to get on and off. It was a big hit. My engineer husband commented on how well designed it was and well made. He did watch a YouTube video on putting it together because the instruction book was vague. Overall I’m very happy with the scooter

After a few hiccups, we are VERY happy with this purchase.
Read all the way through to the end. This really is a five-star scooter and a five-star company. When we got our original scooter, the handlebar fork was somehow manufactured wrong and would not fit with the rest of the body. I set up a return, then thought maybe I should reach out to the company and see if they could just send us a new fork. It would be a lot cheaper than returning the scooter and ordering a new one, in shipping costs anyway. I spoke with their customer service, and the lady did everything she could to find me a fair part. When she couldn’t, she asked what she could do instead. I told her I would just return the scooter because we couldn’t use it without the proper part. She realized I had a deadline to be enter, and arranged for a new scooter to be sent to me, and sent a label for me to return the old scooter. It was wonderful, because the new scooter came so fast. And once we put it together, it worked perfectly. It is the nicest scooter we have, and we have two other brand, including one that is supposed to be the best. And this one works a lot better, charges faster, goes faster, and has a setting to make it where younger kids can’t go past a certain speed if you don’t want them to. I love it. Not only is the scooter great, but the customer service was way better than I expected. I highly recommend this scooter.

Best E-scooter i've owned so far
Received the scooter in the beginning of April 2025.4 stars just because the instructions do not explain how to turn on the scooter (turn on the battery, and then hold down M on your meter, reverse to turn it off) and assembly was not fully straight forward (mostly had issues with how to put the handle bars on and was afraid of using too much force to pull it open. It's rugged, it can handle it as I found out!) There is also little foot room, and this is coming from someone with very small feet to begin with (think boys size 8).Other than what I mentioned above, this scooter is actually REALLY NICE! The scooter came with it's own pump and an extra inner tube for the tires. It also came with a little bag to hold the tools and extra parts it came with. The blinkers are easy to use, the meter is easy to see and read. There are three speed settings which you just change with the meter buttons, I typically just use setting 2 as setting 3 is what gets me to about 28mph and thats a bit TOO fast for where I am traversing. Takes inclines really well, does slow down and drain a bit more battery the more inclines you take but that is to be expected. Haven't drained the battery past half way so far and I've ridden it all over my city. The basket has been such a bonus to have as I do my shopping with scooter in hand and end up using it like a cart! The battery is in an easy to manage spot, and it's definitely designed to easily swap out batteries if you feel you want or need two or more for long trips. Will update again as it ages to see how it's keeping up after a year!
