Impressed with the sturdiness & quality, it's a very good and solid work (weight) bench. I'm 5'9" 210 lbs. I've been working out for over 30 years and I'm very familiar with weight equipment. The foldable feature is great, saves space and is as advertised. I'd highly recommend it, for the price, it's a bargain ! The slotted ridges which inter-lock the back support bar is very solid ( that was my main concern). It's a safe, sturdy and solid bench, very satisfied with my purchase, thank you.

UPDATE: Originally gave this one star due to defect. I sent it back, Amazon and seller sent a new one very quickly. This one assembled easily and quickly and is quite good. Given the price and the quality of the product, changing my review to four stars. It's sturdy and for the price is a good deal.

The media could not be loaded. This is one of the best workout benches that I have ever purchased. The bench is foldable and is easy to assemble. I can perform several workout regiments (Crunches, Sit-ups, Benchpress) I can do most of these things because of the workout bench that is being displayed on Amazon. The cushion of the bench (where you sit down) is comfortable. I use this as if it was a regular chair. I saw a few reviewers claiming that the bench is wobbly after it has been assembled. I do experience that, however, it is nothing for one to be worried about. I am still able to do my exercises despite the bench wobbling. And the wobble is not so noticeable and it does not feel like it’s on the brink of collapsing.One thing that I feel the need to bring out is the cushion. (I have displayed it on the second slide) Whenever I do my exercises, I can feel it slowly but surely sliding off. I wish that they added something that can make the cushion stay on the bench. I don’t want to keep on worrying about the cushion falling off of the bench. I want it to stay on the bench. I feel that a tool should’ve been added to the bench specifically for the cushion so that it doesn’t fall off so easily. That’s the only con that I can think of regarding the workout bench.Other than that, it works like a charm and I will be using this bench from this day onward. And I highly recommend anyone who may be looking for a workout bench to buy this one. The price is reasonable. You wouldn’t want to buy a cheap bench, buying something cheap won’t last long. I guess that’s just a matter of what item you buy. Regardless, this bench is good.Side note: No, this bench does not come with a rack to hold barbells. That you would have to purchase separately.

I found it easy to assemble. Only 2 bolts and it came with an alan wrench and one open-end wrench. Steel construction and is well built. Two pins to fold make it easy to store. It is heavy but fits in my hall closet perfectly.

I’ve had this bench now for over a year and it’s performing very well. I use it about twice a week, assembling and disassembling it every time, it takes less than a minute to do either. I also love how compact it is, as I live in an apartment and have limited space, I can easily slide it under my bed. This, along with my power blocks allows me to have a complete home gym with without compromising space!

This workout bench broke underneath me during a press workout while I was lifting dumbbells. I was very lucky to have fallen down in a way where I was able to maintain a hold of the weights, but this is an extremely dangerous malfunction. As you can see in my photos, the metal in the center of the bench cracked and gave out, causing the bench to flatten down to the floor.I weigh 160 pounds and was holding an additional 100 pounds of weight with the combined dumbbells (so ~260 pounds of total weight), doing a very standard bench press workout. Knowing that this equipment can give out under these conditions I would strongly advise against purchasing this product. I have never written a review on here before but I felt it was necessary to bring this to the attention of potential customers. Be safe.

I like that it folds up and is portable. It fits in my truck and I am able to do my exercises while I'm over the road. Thank you.
