It's ideal to go over a magnesium supplement that doesn't need more than one effervescent tablet to meet the every day requirement. From what I've seen, this appears to better assimilate a portion of the other magnesium supplements I've attempted. I can tell that this Magnesium and Zinc product is more absorbable than the others I've utilized in the past. They appear to be the best in the market, when you consider cost versus quality. Overall it helps me to cope up with my wrist injury, by strengthening it and also aids in gaining a better sleep cycle.
