The 2nd time I used my it, the inside of the silicone turned white after washing. Wet it turns black again and it dries white. Is this normal?

That is usually something you see with the dish soap you use. I've seen it happen on other silicone products.

It actually folds in on its self so it becomes about 3 inches tall. Mine just came in a bag but you could easily find a box for it.

Does it fit all microwaves

No, if your microwave is very short the popper won't fit.

how tall is it with the topper?
