Animals Visual Encyclopedia: More than 750 colour illustrations Paperback – January 1, 2016

My 21 month old son loves flipping through the pages of this book and naming as many animals as he can. As he grows, we will begin learning about each one with the fun and informative details listed.

We picked this book up from a clearance stand in the foyer of our local book store.This is one of our favourite books. The drawings are excellent and there are TONS of interesting facts.It's the one book I'm constantly picking up. I find it in every room, including the bathroom. It's been dog-eared and patched and well loved.

No it is not the book shown in the photo. Photo is second edition, but first edition showed up.

This book is beautiful with wonderful illustrations. It offers basic information about each animal it contains but just by skimming through the book, there are a few errors that I noticed. If you happen to buy this book, be aware that some of the information in this book is wrong. For example, in the rabbits and hairs section they use the same picture for a Riverine Rabbit and a Northern Viscacha. There are spelling errors as well through out the book.
