Fun to assemble and good quality.
I bought this on a whim and was pleasantly surprised.Assembly: Assembly was easy with the supplied instructions and tools. They do include several different strengths of springs for the button lock. I installed the light spring but ended up preferring the stronger spring. I have disassembled the knife a couple of times since, and the parts are not showing any wear. The knife has a lot going for it for its price. It boasts a solidly locking button lock with decent closed detent, inset liners, deep carry pocket clip, and your choice of opening hole, thumb stud, or front flipper. The blade is short but stout. It is thin behind the edge and slices with ease. With the thumb studs set all the way back, you can use all of the edge. The harpoon hump of the spine of the blade offers a good place for your thumb to rest when bearing down. 9Cr18Mov is a decent budget steel. Very stainless, sharpens easily, but lacks in edge retention. A strop every few days after normal use will keep it sharp. In heavy use, you will need to sharpen the blade regularly. The handles are natural g10 with medium texture on top. With the inset liners bolstering the pillar standoffs, there is no flex when squeezed. The action is smooth and snappy. The hole was not easy for me to use, but the thick thumb studs are perfect. The jumping on the blade grabs the thumb for using the front flipper. The knife will not open unless violently shaken repeatedly. In the pocket only the very tip of the scales peek above the pocket.Overall, an excellent knife kit that features a good button lock mechanism for $30.

Small, sharp, tough knife and fidget toy for adults...
This knife is sweet for an inexpensive edc, that is cool to put together and is an awesome fidget device also! I've gotten a few knifes recently and one was over $70 bucks! But this little knife for under $40 bucks was cool to put together, a sweet sharp blade and something cool to keep me busy while watching TV. This knife is just fun to open and close. You really just can't go wrong with this little knife. To top it all off, this thing is pretty tough for a 2" blade! If your on the fence, just do it, you'll be happy you did...

Fun and sharp
Great experience if you're the type that likes putting things together. Even better, EVERYTHING you need is included. The seller actually reached out to let me know that if anything is missing, they will do whatever to make it right. Even if you're the one that lost it. I'm probably going to get one of their other designs too.As far as after it's put together? Good knife. Decent steel, and comes so sharp. That being said, keep the plastic sheath thing on the blade until you're totally done putting it together. The handle looked way too small to get an actual grip, but its a lot better than you might think. I have loads of knives and even a decked out benchmade, but I still take this one to work sometimes. It's also great to fidget with. And several ways to open it.

My new EDC
I love this knife. It was fun to put together, not difficult to do so, but really made me appreciate it even more. It is a lot of fun just to flip it open using the various means of doing so. It feels good in the hand and feels very smooth. The materials seem of good quality too. The company even reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with it. I am very satisfied.

Funn Little Project
The media could not be loaded. Fun little knife to slap together quickly. This would be a great introduction to kids for knife safety and general knife maintenance. Don't expect a workhorse out of this knife, it's just a quick project. Lockup is decent, blade is reasonably sharp considering the material. Grip and feel in hand is great for the price. Wouldn't be a bad little EDC for someone just getting their first knife.

Great gift!!!
I purchased this gift for a friend. She had a pocketknife that she had stated needed a new blade. So I thought this would be the perfect gift since it was something she could build. She loved it!!! The grip, sharpness and lock mechanism was just what she wanted. Also came in a color other than black. Great product…
