Fits fine. Not sure if I'm going to like it, been doing this for years free handed with No guide.

I don't always use these spacers, esp. since they hold the torch a bit further away than I prefer, but this is very handy in cutting up old barrels and rusty farm equipment parts.

Does not fit my Lotos 5000 Pilot. My standoff is a 1" X 1" X 1" this does not have 1" in vertical rise. A strong standoff otherwise, I wish it fit. .

Doesn't fit LT5000D as others have said. It fits width wise, but doesn't reach past the nozzle.

This plasma tip is okay to work with but requires constant adjusting to keep the correct gap on the work surface. The screw on type works much better because it keeps the right gap or clearance on the tip.
