Nature Made Vitamin K2 100 mcg, Healthy Bone Supplements, Vitamin K2 Supplement, 30 Softgels, 30 Day Supply

I have ordered several bottles of this 100mcg K2 Supplement to help with my Calcium absorption as suggested by my Physician. Nature Made is my go to Vitamin/Supplement Company and these small capsules are their usual great quality, easy to swallow, and taken as suggested with food, I haven’t had any side effects. There isn’t a bad taste or smell and I love that Nature Made makes an affordable K2 without Vitamin D3 because I already take it separately and is included in my Calcium for a total of 2000iu daily. My plasma Calcium levels have improved greatly since taking this a long with Citracal Calcium, and Vitamin D3…all which I get from Amazon!!

This K2 is sold at a good price compared to store bought.

The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.

Not sure if this stuff actually works but I did fall running and probably should have shattered my knee and elbow, id like to think this helped as my knee still hurts 3 weeks later but at least im not crippled. A tad expensive but the science says it does so, worth the insurance I guess.

I bought Vitamin K because I do not each much green vegetables like kale and spinach which they have Vitamin K. I take it with Vitamin D3 which is a must to help Vitamin K be absorbed in my system. Vitamin K I found is good for one's hair, nails, and skin. I have very weak nails and I am always concerned with my hair which both are looking healthy now.

I read that I should be taking K2 so far so good.

The pill is small and it’s ok. The effectiveness? I still don’t know yet.
