I have been using pumpkin seed oil, flaxseed oil, sea buckthorn oil, Liv Strong 0.1, and Prana Triphala for the past two months, mostly on a regular basis. So far, I have not noticed any improvement in my hair fall or skin. I also started using Laad hair oil twice a week, but there is no visible result yet.
