This works as expected. The cool thing is that it works quickly. It does not upset your stomach and is easy to swallow. Good strength. I am not sleepy the next day. Because it is coated, there is no taste. And I consider it a great value for the money. I have already purchased this a few times from Amazon and will continue to do so.
