Love this Henna hairdye
I been dyeing my hair with store brought hairdye for 10 plus years; and eventually my hair became super dry and brittle. I have lots of greys in my hair and had to dye it every 3 to 4 weeks. So putting chemical in hair every month will damage hair for sure. So here is my natural alternative to the non chemical store brought hairdye is this amazing Henna product. I been using this Henna hairdye for five months now and I love it!. Made my hair shinier and softer. As for the color, my greys turned out a orangey reddish like hue. Which by the way I didn't mind at all. For me so long it covered my grey hairs I was happy. It kind of gives my hair a high light because my hair color so dark. My natural hair color is brownish black. So for those of you who have lighter hair water, it will pop! A orangey reddish to red hue.I mix one package of henna hair powder with one and half can coconut milk. You might need more coconut milk depends on what consistency you like. I like mines more like cake batter. I find that it smells a lot better with coconut milk then just adding plain water, it masks the grass earthly smell. Which might brother some folks but I was fine so long it had coconut milk. Also, coconut milk has natrual oils in it to help with moisturization. Dye time 3 hrs. That is the longest I can handle. You can leave for 4 to 6 hrs if you wish but at 3 hrs you can't go wrong, my hair colors turned out nicely. Hope this is helpful and if not there lots of information on Henna. Which I read before I started to use Henna hairdye.

Worth the Wait!
This was my first time using henna. I am so pleased. I mixed maybe a third to half of my 120 gram bag (short bob length) with apple cider vinegar and water let the mix sit for a couple of hours, plastered it in my hair and wrapped my head up in plastic wrap and a beanie. Warning, the process is pretty icky feeling. Get a towel to wrap around your neck in case it drips from your hairline. I kept the henna in for about five hours and rinsed it out with hot water and a nice smelling conditioner to help with the henna smell. Oh man. It looked so good when it dried. I have naturally dark blonde hair that borders on brown and my hair came out this beautiful copper red. It's got this lovely shine and my fine hair already feels stronger. Definitely not shedding as much. This is only the day after the application and I'm just thrilled. The only problem is that this takes forever to get to the states. It came in almost a month after Amazon said it would. Just have patience, because it's definitely worth it.

henna girl forever!!
This is a first for me. I used to use Shea moistures coloring system which is gentler than most hair coloring systems and if I had to go back to coloring my hair with a hair dye Shea moisture would be the only brand I would use. However, I wanted to be chemical free. I stopped relaxing my hair 5 years ago and now I want to quit the coloring but I still wanted to cover up my grays- and I love dark auburn color on me. I saw a few youtube videos and a blogger that swear by this brand henna because it is pure henna with added herbs- no other junk. They mix it with a can of coconut milk which makes it simple to make and easy to rinse. They suggested leaving it on for 6-8 hours or 1-2 hours if you are just conditioning. I have been using this for 6 weeks now ( treatment every 2 weeks) and I am amazed! It not only covered my grays but the more I use it the more gorgeous the color is. Mind you it is still covering the color I had on my hair but it make it a gorgeous auburn - nice and warm toned. And the combination the henna and coconut milk - wow my hair is so strong. Love love love. reordering today!

Doesn't do a damn thing.
I followed directions on the package, no color. I Googled, I Youtubed, I discussion platformed to see everybody else's methods. Still no color. I have dark auburn hair, so at first I thought my color just wouldn't allow for henna to make a noticeable difference. Then I started going gray at the temples, and when I tried to cover them up, it did nothing. Didn't even turn them yellow or orange or anything. So I went with a different brand of henna, used the same method, and on the first application, my auburn hair got redder, and my grays turned a light auburn. And it returned the softness that this henna had stripped from it. Maybe the bags I got here were from a bad batch, but I won't be wasting more money to find out.

Love it
Love, love, love this. I watched some tutorials on youtube on how to mix it up and apply it. I used tea and olive oil, mixed it up, and let it sit overnight before applying and I let it sit on my hair for 4 hours. It's really nasty smelling, and incredibly goopy, and at first the color was pretty orange, but that's the nature of the beast. Any brand of henna will be like that. After a few days, the color darkened nicely and I absolutely love the results. I wanted color that was subtle and that I didn't have to maintain every few weeks. It's been a few months since I used this on my hair, and the color has faded enough that there's really no grow out line. My hair was so soft and healthier looking than it's probably ever been. I'm getting ready to do this again. A much cheaper alternative to hair color and natural.

Shiny hair
I feel like this might not be as permanent as regular henna, probably because it has more herbs in it. but i do like it. It will make your hair so shiny and healthy. I think I will stick to this brand, I do like it very much. I do feel like my hair was shinier with this, than with plain henna. Also yes the color is very beautiful. Please do research before you do henna for the first time though, there is a lot to know. I recently found out not to shampoo your hair for a few days after since it is still processing. I recommend that with this henna as well, since i feel like this henna washes out a bit easier. I noticed I used a clarifying shampoo after about a month after using this and that seemed to strip some of the color from my hair.

I used this once and it turned my hair a pumpkin color after two hours on. I had to use Oops to get rid of it and redyed it with commercial dye.
