Been working so far, and the little tools it comes with for opening the console works great! Also changing my battery helped with a lot of issues I had with the old console. Been working great since the battery swap!

Got this for my original model vita and as far as I can tell it works just like the stock battery used to. It seems good quality so I'm hopeful it will last just as long if not longer than the stock battery did. It was fairly easy to install but I do recommend looking for and watching a video on his to do it. As far as I can tell the battery life is just d good as when my boys was new.

I got this replacement battery to attempt to repair my long broken Vita 1000 which just stopped working one day, years ago. Unfortunately, the battery apparently is not the problem. It looks like I'll possibly have to replace the screen. However, I do know that this battery works, as after the fairly simple (if you're careful) replacement procedure and charging, the system does power on. The battery comes with the tools you need to take the system apart for install. I will update this review if I am able to get the system working for my take on the battery life.
