There was a bit of an issue with the first one I received but customer support was great and it was soon resolved. The ergonomics of the unit are great and it's now the most pocketable powerbank I own. Fast charging works very well, as does the low current mode for smaller devices such as headphones. It's a shame that there isn't a slow charging mode for the times we're not in a rush and would prefer not to put the extra stress on our devices' batteries. Also, be warned that the rated capacity of the powerbank is 5800mah not the 10000 that's advertised, however all powerbanks suffer from losses (will test this at some point and update the review with actual capacity). This unit is quite expensive for what it is, but it's very convenient for people who travel a lot in terms of size, connectivity and ease of use.

Awesome charger

This is a quality item reeves, i have many power banks, chargers etc this is one of the better ones, versatile, 2 part system, giving good power output, bit of a fingerprint magnet, but a quick polish with a microfibre and good to go, this gets my recommendation.

This power bank has quite a unique design in that it has a detachable section that can be used as a wall charger. This is great for travels as it comes with a variety of detachable adapters that can be used worldwide. Charging speed is significantly faster than any of my other power banks. While I can only make use of the 40W output since I don't have a SuperVOOC compatible device (capable of 55W output), this is more than enough to charge my devices very quickly. While I do like that it charges my devices very quickly, the pricing of this does put me off a little. At the time of this review, it costs £69.99, which on one hand, I feel is too expensive for a power bank with only a 10,000mAh capacity. This means the power bank needs to constantly be charged. On the other hand, for devices from Oppo, OnePlus, etc.. , this could be worthwhile since it can fully charge a phone from 0% to 100% in less than 30 minutes - great for a wide range of situations when you need to use a device immediately.

Really impressed with this. It comes in a high-quality box, has lots of different plug adaptors for most places in the world and offers a higher degree of charging/power options than any other power bank I've seen. Breaks apart into 2 sections, 1 is the power bank and the other is a wall charger so you can use the wall charger to charge the bank or power a device, or charge the bank while changing a device. It's great The red cable is also pretty unique, made of silicon and attached to the sides of the bank via magnetic clips to keep it tidy. I would say that they are a bit too long for this method of storage as the ends hang loose, flapping about, so it distracts from the appearance and are likely to get caught on things in your bag. I has something I never heard of before, which is SuperVOOC Protocol. Copy/paste for those that don't know: SuperVOOC is a fast charging protocol that allows compatible phones to charge quickly. It's used by Oppo and OnePlus phones. How it works SuperVOOC uses a dual-cell battery, splitting the charge across both batteries It delivers a higher amperage than other charging standards, like USB PD SuperVOOC chargers use engineering solutions to prevent the battery from overheating Benefits Can charge a phone from empty to full in under 10 minutes Compatible with a variety of smart terminals Drawbacks Can slightly damage battery lifespan due to the high charge level OPPO recommends charging to between 20 and 80% to minimize battery damage (good advice for any battery to be fair). My phone doesn't have that but that's ok, as it will fall back to normal fast charging protocols but if you have do, then it's an even better buy. I'm really pleased with this, I love all the options, I think it looks great and it has a real quality feel about it. I take this anywhere I travel now.

This portable power bank is exactly what I was looking for in a daily emergency charger, and the aesthetics are a huge bonus—it looks great and feels well-made. The combination of features here is what truly makes it a must-have. The fast charging capability is excellent, quickly topping up my phone even on short trips. The ability to charge my phone and recharge the power bank at the same time is a fantastic, practical feature for minimizing downtime. My favorite part, without a doubt, is the built-in AC outlet and power prongs. This single feature eliminates the need for separate wall adapters and bulky cables, making it the ultimate grab-and-go device. It lives in my car and is a constant lifesaver for both my wife and me whenever we need a quick boost on the road. It’s the peace of mind of always having power ready. My only wish is for a larger capacity. While the 10,000 mAh is great for a full phone charge or two, I would gladly take a slightly bulkier model if it meant getting 15,000 or 20,000 mAh. This is not a knock on the product's performance, just an acknowledgement of how much I love the convenience and wish it lasted even longer.

This is the best battery pack I've found. I love that it has the cable included and three possible ways to charge. It works for all my devices and the magnet is pretty secure. It's a little bigger than I expected and kinda heavy but not bad at all. It's easy to take around and has been a life saver. You can't do better for the price.

After a few months the charger is not working properly anymore. Very dissapointed for the price being expensive but quality is not great

I have 4 of these... And it becomes even more useful. Keep one in my work bag, the others at home. Plug a few chargers in the wall. Of to school? Grab and go. Replace the old one always have a big battery ready. Traveling? Makes it easy for everyone to have power... Far away from an outlet? Plug into wall--> cable to battery to phone Somewhere where outlets are limited? Charger to battery1, battery1 to battery2, and battery2 to phone... These are a solid build, sleek design. The cables are a bit 'squishy' and short, but they charge the OnePlus series at supervooc speeds, so I'll deal with it.
