The item is not good at all I had issue before also you have replaced it but it is same again after 15days the return date was 3rd May it is a expensive product what should we do now we request you to replace with same type but where I can talk and hear at the same please kindly do something with it I humbly request we are your regular customer

Its extra loud and sound quality is so bad that it got me headache.I recommend to stop selling this useless cheap quality product. 500₹ earphones can give good quality sound but less durability.But this product got nothing not even sound nor durability.

Poor manufacturing quality. Stopped working after 90 days without any wear and tear. They claim to provide warranty of one year but have no option to raise claim.
