Love this little dynamo! The lights are super bright, charge lasts for a decent amount of time. The overall appearance is good as well (doesn't look like a cheap-y plastic box). Definitely need the antenna for any type of reception, especially where there may be metal roofing. Lots of functionality packed into a small footprint.

Recently moved to Florida. I was trying to get a hurricane pack ready. This is the perfect light an emergency charging box. It charges very well quickly hold the charge. All stored for that hurricane preparedness pack would definitely buy again considering buying a couple more just to have on hand to be on the safe side also ordered one and sent to my son for him to keep at his house. It was durable and great quality. Works great light is bright and strong holds charge for a long time.

Used this radio today,as it has been charging and the internet was down. Since pandora wasn’t working, I decided to try out the radio. It’s made of good quality. Is very sturdy and compact. . Tuned in quite easily to local radio stations. Would definitely use this in a storm situation when the power goes out. Charges with usb cable or batteries. Very sensitive and functional.

Purchased for use on Beach Patrol, chanels easy to find am or fm. Solar panel works Great ! Some days are sunny and clear, others are cloudy with rain possible - easy to charge with USB port, great antenna and sound is terrific ! Would highly recommend this Radio

It's a rather cheaply made AM/FM / Weather radio. However it has lights on it for illumination and I'm a sucker for lights stuff. It also has a hefty sized internal battery. I was skeptical about the battery capacity but it seems to be legit. I would not have paid full price for it but on sale it was a worthwhile purchase. Sound quality is decent, and everything works as expected. It feels fairly rugged and I hope for many years of listening to weather forecasts and whatever radio signals it can pull in when out camping.

You’d think that a solar powered radio would be able to sit in the sun for a couple of hours to charge up, right? Well, it charged alright but the plastic “sticker” they have on it to tell you where the stations on the radio are, shriveled up in the sun and dried up the plastic. It bent and broke off…Our radio was literally 2 hours old and it looked like we’d had it for 20 years- the plastic was that damaged.. super disappointing and sigh.. just another piece of cr*p. Thanks again China.

Shipping took long but was worth the wait. Recommend it
