I’ve been in automotive repair for over 25yrs and honestly bought this thinking it would probably fail, I can wholeheartedly and happily say my assumptions where wrong. I have quite a few customers that are always asking if we can just repair their cracked bumper covers to save as much money as possible, so we have done everything from counter sinking rivits into thin sheet metal that we lay on the back side of the tear to every epoxy known to man, and fiberglass after V-ing the crack/break and so on. But this actually works as advertised, I went ahead and spent the extra $10-$15 on the little bit higher 100w one just because the main complaint in the reviews I seen was the 75w one had issues after a few uses, and so far I’ve used it on about 12 projects and it’s done amazing so far and The jobs have been every thing from bumper covers, inner fenders, lower valance splash pans and even the plastic shell of door mirrors and so far it has done everything I’ve used it on with ease and no issues. I would 110% recommend and buy again 10 times over, it was worth every penny and then some. Oh and surprisingly the carrying case was even shockingly decent, I figured it would tear at the seaming right after opening like the old little socket tool set cases use to do but so far the case has held up as well. I would highly recommend to anyone on the fence about it to buy it you will be pleased, I’d give it a 10 out of 10 and five stars like said I was pleasantly surprised5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Works as advertised and sorta fun to use. The biggest hassle is getting the clips to go into the gun, but not a show stopper. I’m sure I’ll find more projects around the house for this tool. Can I call myself a Welder??🤪

Unable to use it until we change the power cord to a USA style plug (at our expense). Strange that it was shipped to a USA address with a European plug installed.

Works great. I have used a soldering iron in the past to weld up some cracks in plastic but I needed something stronger and this thing works great and the part I welded up is still holding strong

i Work in a body shopTried to pull little door dents outIt would weld but as soon as I put pressure on itIt would come lose. Maybe I got a defective oneOr something. I tried all kinds of things thinking it was the ground not making a good connection so I grinned it out clean and nothing. Made sure the settings were correct and I turn it up to 100 and nothing

EZ to use. Heats quickly. seems to be a good bond, only time will tell.
