Originally the filter did not fit my sink so I reached out to customer service to get an adapter suggestion. They offered to send me a free one after I measure and tell them the size I need. That’s some great customer service! My filter now works with the adapter and I love the many spray modes. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone needing a filter for great skin! It’s compact and not too bulky in the sink too! It’s actually cute!

For having it over a week, this is a great replacement compared to the last product I had. It is very sturdy being made out of good quality materials. The last filter I had from another company broke immediately so this is a game changer. I haven’t tested the filtration with a water testing kit, but it feels fine so far.

I just installed this water filter and it was super easy. Great instructions are included. I did have an issue with it fitting on my 15/16 inch faucet head because of the washer that was included. I simply removed the washer and it fit and works like a charm. I have already seen a difference in my skin!! Much softer and not red and flakey! The customer service that I received from Emily was also exceptional! She was very prompt and accommodating with my questions. I highly recommend this product and their customer service!

This is the greatest purchase ever! I just moved to a new city and their water us absolutely TERRIBLE! It is so full of chlorine, that anytime you turn on a faucet, the fumes penetrate your nose and smells the room up like an indoor aquatic center.Washing my face, hands, and brushing my teeth is important to me. Alas I found this AMAZING bathroom faucet filter. No more chlorine!Their customer service was wonderful! Not all sink aerators on faucets are the same. Mine was weird, but they helped me figure out what I needed for a very easy install.I can't praise them enough!

I've been on a bit of a "filter kick" recently. I bought this filter for my bathroom sink and a couple others for my shower and bath tub from Amazon. This was after coming to the realization that there had to be a reason for my hair and skin dryness, redness, and irritation that I didn't have in previous years of living in my home. My inkling was confirmed by the amount of black sludge that came pouring out of my sink's faucet and was caked onto the aerator. To think that I was washing my face twice a day using that sink!I spent a while trying to find an adapter that would work with my faucet and the product. My advice is to take your aerator and look for something similar (e.g., mine has 3 horizontal thin lines at the top, not bulky). Also bring the product and accessory adapter with you to the hardware store. You can test adapter options and hopefully leave with the right fit. Another piece of advice is that if it's not fitting right away, it's likely not going to fit. The adapter that finally did work fit inside of my faucet immediately.The product itself has been performing well so far. You can't beat the value for the price. The light purple looks nice in my bathroom. I like how you can change the angle of the water. The water pressure is good too.I can't wait for better skin days ahead!!
