I originally bought these for my husband who snores. These were very easy to put on and take off without leaving any sticky residue. I was skeptical but he made it all night without disturbing me!!I had a cold over the Holidays and used these strips to open my nasal passages since I was so congested, made breathing much better!!

My husband used these strips for the first time and I have to say I was able to stay in the same bed with him all night. I usually end up in our spare room because he snores so bad. I don’t know how they work for congestion because neither one of us is sick but they for sure work for snoring. I would recommend.

The strip appears too short and/or too stiff to work. It comes off and springs up within an hour

I have tried Nasal Strips before but none of them have worked as well as these. These are high quality for a great price. They are very comfortable to put on and take off with no residue left on your nose. I put these on before I went to bed, I could breathe 100 times better and my finance said I didn't even snore all night long and that's good for me because usually I keep him up! I woke up feeling refreshed and my passages were clear for once in I don't know how long. I'm amazed by these. I definitely recommend these and. I will definitely be buying them again

not enough glue on the tape, when I woke the strip was half off on both sides of my nose, I do not recomment buying these strips.
