I've taken ashwaganda and lions mane on their own, with increased energy from using those on a regular basis. Seeing this as a combination supplement along with shilajit had me intrigued, so I gave these a try. Overall, the capsules were easy to take. I had no difficulty swallowing them, nor did they leave any aftertaste or upset my stomach. They seemed to work just as well as my prior supplements I had taken before trying this one. I noticed an increase in focus, better alertness, and a slight increase in energy overall, much like drinking a morning cup of coffee or two. I've had no issues with them, so I'd gladly recommend these to anyone in search of any of these 3 main ingredients for their daily supplement.

First, some quick background. I am trying this mushroom supplement because I've had a couple difficult years, including the unexpected passing away of my fiance, a chronic medical diagnosis, recent layoff, and recent passing of a beloved dog. Each of these on their own can be traumatic, and for me, it has caused me so much mental and emotional strain that about a year ago I started experiencing severe psychological side effects to these stressors that continue to this day. I am hoping that the medicinal benefits of mushroom supplementation can help stabilize and strengthen my mind, while recognizing that it is not a miracle cure-all. After reading some reviews from other users recommending that one should take 2 capsules to get the full effect, that's what I did. I was concerned I would have an upset stomach or other adverse effect, but honestly - I felt fine. Actually, the first day I felt better than I had in months! And it was a stressful day to test this out, with several important appointments and a dead car battery at 8am. However, I felt calm and collected, and was actually able to remember the exact location of a battery jumper I keep for just these situations. The fact that I could recall the exact location of something I haven't used in several years? That was a shock. Now, understandably I am not saying the supplement gave me superpower memory, but I do think it helped keep me very calm and relaxed for what should have been a very stressful morning. And it continues to be a really nice, relaxing supplement for me. I just feel more at peace, and I am even sleeping better. The pills are easy to swallow and not too big (see photo). The bottle arrived well-sealed and without any noticeable defects. After several days of trying these, I have had no ill side-effects, and I recognize that I may need to take these for a month or two before I may notice more changes. I will update this review accordingly. In the meantime, if you're looking for an inexpensive mushroom supplement, and especially one that has Lion's Mane, I think this is a good option, but as others have stated, maybe take 2 per day. Five stars from me - nice product.

I've been using a Shilijat-Ashwaganda supplement for quite awhile now. I really like the balanced energy it brings without the crash. I've been using gummies, this is the first time I've used it in capsule form. I was concerned they shouldn't be as fast acting or effective, but I have not noticed any difference. I really like these because the also contain Sea Moss and Lions Mane. I've been using a Sea Moss supplement for the nutrients it provides. I grow a lot of nutrient rich plants during the growing season so Sea Moss helps provide me with nutrients when fresh food is not as available. Because these include the ingredients of two separate supplements I have already been taking, it combines it into an easy to take capsule. Not only does it reduce the number of supplements I take daily, it makes it more economical . By using these, I only need to purchase one supplement to get the ingredients I was previously buying in two separate varieties.

Love the ingredients list but the label makes this seem just a bit sketchy. Good labeling and website information is important. Not just what is printed on the bottle. I am taking, with some hope and a little uncertainty

My partner has been taking this supplement for almost a week and has nothing but positive things to say about it. He was interested in trying sea moss, as it is purported to have testosterone-boosting properties; as he approaches 40, he is feeling "the dip" as middle-age nears and hormones undergo a change. We're both huge proponents of lion's mane for focus and ashwagandha for decreasing stress (both are widely known adaptogens). To have Shilajit--which increases immunity and decreases inflammation--added as a fourth component to this supplement is an excellent plus and a great value. He started off with 1 capsule in the morning, and after two days increased to 2 capsules. He takes it at the same time as his daily multivitamin. The first effect he felt from the product was a clear-headedness; the second change was a feeling of calmness; the third was more energy at work (he's a groundskeeper and is very physically active at his job). Taken 2x/day, a bottle will last a person 1 month. Nuetonhealth is described as a UK brand (according to the label--Union Jack flag on the back), but I wasn't quite sure where all the ingredients are sourced. We've not bought supplements from this brand before, but will certainly consider other Nuetonhealth supplements in the future. 5/5!

I appreciate there are somewhat mixed reviews but my experience with this supplement is amazing! Much brighter, more alert, more energy and far happier. I take them twice a day and recently received my second order. In addition the certainly DO, do what they claim bedroom wise too 😏🤩

Took my one a day was hoping to feel any of the results that any of them individually offered in theory it might work but not at the dosage that it’s being provided. Might have to take two or three at a single time.
