AMEITECH Advent Calendar Puzzles 2024 for Adults Kids, 1008 Piece Christmas Countdown Calendar Jigsaw Puzzle, Family Funny Christmas Game Holiday Dog Puzzle, 19.7inch x 27.6 inch

We order these advent puzzles every year and I already can't wait until December. I've obviously not completed this one yet but I've checked that the puzzle pieces are sturdy and easily fit together. It is packaged well and the picture is so cute. We've had great fun with every AMEITECH advent puzzle we've ordered over the past few years and I expect this to be no exception.

My youngest loves animals, so I couldn't pass up this advent puzzle. We've started doing similar puzzles each year as a tradition that my kids really look forward to and having a small number of pieces each day is much more manageable for them than doing an entire 1000 piece puzzle at once. This one is very cute--the picture is a bit chaotic, but gives a lot of details that can be used for figuring out where pieces go. The shapes of individual pieces are pretty generic, so you really do need to pay attention to the details to make sure of where it fits. The puzzle is printed on very thick cardboard, though, and has a good print job with a glossy finish. It is definitely a puzzle that can hold up to being re-used over future holidays.

The media could not be loaded. This would be fun to do by yourself, with a spouse, family, and or friends etc. Each box has 24 pieces and each of the pieces have their box #’s number on the back of them. Some of the pieces have extra print on the back side but can easily be torn off or just ignored for the smaller mishaps. Quality and color on the front side is good. All the pieces fit together nicely but pay attention as some pieces seem to fit together but aren’t meant to be in that spot. It has a paper that is numbered to do the boxes on top of each numbered section however the numbers should be reversed (as mentioned in my video) the other side is the picture of the puzzle itself. I found doing the puzzle on top of the actual picture itself and can help a lot with some of the placement of the pieces especially if younger kids are helping out.Overall this would be great to do leading up to Christmas starting with Dec. 1st for box #1 or catching up if needed. Could make a nice family tradition as I plan to start by our elves (elf on the shelf) bringing it on Dec. 1st.

Since it arrived too late for the 2024 Advent season, this AMEITECH Advent Calendar will still work for next year, since there is no designation for it for 2024.The boxed set overall seemed small to me, but it assures 24 individual boxes with puzzle pieces in each to create the picture depicted here. I cannot wait to assemble it!

This advent calendar is both cute and fun. Each day you put together a small part of the overall puzzle and at the end of the 24 nights leading up to Christmas Eve you have the whole puzzle completed. You could then frame it as a picture, or disassemble it for the next year, or to gift it forward. There are numbers on the back of each piece that help you know which day's box to put the puzzle back into. I also found that the pieces were sturdy and will last for many years of handling to come. This can be enjoyed by children who understand the concept of putting together a puzzle, or adults or make it a family event and every participate.

This puzzle is so cute. It is a good quality and so fun to do.

I love puzzles, but was very disapointed with this one. Few top of mind issues:- pieces are of poor print quality- cut is generic and the same piece can fit in the same spot in two different ways! Even worse - many different pieces can perfectly fit, but they don't belong there at all- the map is useless - printout is not isolated, so you can't tell what's what and where it should go- colors are not vibrant enough, so it's tough to see if you're on the right track or notI typically always finish all my puzzles, but after putting 4 big segments of this puzzle - I decided to quit in protest. This is painful, no fun at all.

I did this puzzle with a friend over the holiday break. I only get out to see him about once every other year, so this was a fun activity to do while I was out there. Right out of the gates, there are a couple flaws I see in the puzzle. First, the color layers don't appear to be perfectly aligned, because there are spots where you can clearly see three different colors with perfectly staggered edges, and the picture is just a bit blurry in those spots, so something clearly was a bit off during printing. Second, the pieces are all the same shape, which is a bit monotonous. Third, the cardboard feels a bit plasticky, so I'm not sure if that's something they're mixing in to make it more durable or better for printing. I'll give them a pass on that, since I assume they do it for a functional reason, but it does make the pieces feel a bit cheap. Aside from that, the finished puzzle itself is quite nice looking and very Christmas-y, especially if you're a dog person. So, in the spirit of the holidays, I'll give them 4 stars.
