Mid-Afternoon Crash/ Drowsiness
I started taking two pills in the mornings before work and by 2-3pm I have been crashing everyday. Extremely tired. Napping in the afternoon and going to bed early. I will tweak my dosage to one pill around Noon and see how it goes. Perhaps these are too strong for me. Will update later on the 1x strategy.
