Doesn’t fit F-mount (Nikon D) cameras
Bought this to experiment with macro for a university project. I needed it as soon as possible and delivery said it would take almost a month, so I paid about £5 for priority delivery to get it here for me the middle of next week. I don’t know whether to feel annoyed that it showed up two days after ordering (Wednesday), since I feel like I might have just forked out some extra money for no reason, since it might have just arrived next week anyway. My lens that I planned to pair with this ring is a Nikon E mount 28mm f/2.8 ai-s, and the camera is a Nikon D5600. The ring fit perfectly onto the lens, and with it being metal I thought I was going to have a really sturdy connection, but this ring unfortunately does not fit on the Nikon D series cameras, which I risked when ordering it. Since the D5300 is still extremely popular I thought this ring saying it was Nikon-compatible would mean that it would fit on a Nikon D series camera. At least I didn’t waste that much money on it.

Hard to use with Unexpected results
Has I say on the tittle it will give you lots of work focusing and you'll have to try lots of times and even get headaches. However it is the cheapest way to do this and if you are patient enough you won't regret! Photos like retina, inscriptions on coins, close ups to 1/64 car miniatures are acssecible and you can get amazed with them!

sturdy and well screwing
If you are serious about macro probably you already have a macro lens. This reverse ring is very useful to attach a reversed lens (like an old film camera one) to your nifty-fifty or other fast lens.I found it sturdy, since it's metal, and easy to (un)screw. But it's quite a challenge to do macro like this.If you have a 35mm reversed you can get as much as 5x magnifier!
