I suffer with acquired asthma. I was advised to try robot vacuum since im always tired to clean. At first I felt that its pointless as my flat looks and couldnt see the dust. I did general cleaning before running this vacuum including steaming and mopping, but when I ran the N20, I was horrified with the collected dust. Cant imagine if I dont clean everyday and its not perfect as it couldnt clean under the sofa, but the suction is the most powerful compared to other robocleaners.

We've been using this product for a while now, and here are some observations: Pros: It has strong suction power. Performs well in picking up dust and hair. Cons: Dried stains (like tea) remain even after two cleaning cycles—you'll need to mop manually. Frequently loses connection, requiring you to set it up again. Doesn’t support connection to multiple devices.

Finally a robot cleaner that does a thorough job! It does not stuck in obstacles, it cleans amazingly around carpets and mops nicely! It also empty’s the bucket when goes back to the base. Highly recommended!

Very good

Ordered the same robot twice and faced same issue both the times. It will run good for 2days then it will start forgetting the map or it will have multiple overlapping maps generated daily, and rather than roaming in the full house it will be roamung around at only one spot. Can select only auto option, if we try to select rooom/zone it will immediately start creating new map saying cleaning area not found

Not an intelligent machine Pretty basic but indeed kind of rugud machine If you are looking for a bag less machine this is nice Floor mopping technology is too bad and feels like it moves in zigzag or unpredictable pattern like scratches on paper Overall it’s just average

I have purchased that robot based on the reviews although it didn’t really surprise me. It is just fine if it comes to cleaning. Sometimes cleans just half of the room, I don’t know if it is a mapping issue or what. If I want to use with mop function I need to roll all the carpets as even if I mark on the map „no mopping” he gets there and then gets stuck what was pretty annoying. Overall I rate product as good, it does its job but can only be additional support in daily vacuuming and cleaning floors.
