This is a great product at this price range. The shape is very ergonomic and comfy for long duration and the sound quality is above par. Just Marvelous.

Avoid Crossbeats at all costs. I made the mistake of buying the Groov Buds Max (₹2,000), and within a few weeks, the right earbud completely stopped producing sound. It still connects via Bluetooth, but there's zero audio output. I tried all the standard fixes — cleaning, resetting, re-pairing, testing on other devices — nothing worked.I raised a ticket with Crossbeats Support (Ticket ID: [226983]), but guess what?They don't respond. They don't pick up calls. Their service support is practically non-existent. No follow-up, no resolution, nothing. Just radio silence.To make matters worse, the fit is uncomfortable, and the product quality feels cheap — a complete downgrade compared to the Realme Buds Q I used before.Now I’m forced to spend extra money at a local repair shop to fix a brand-new product.🚫 Don’t fall for the flashy marketing.Crossbeats is all hype and zero reliability. No service centers, no accountability, no professionalism.Save your money and go with Realme, JBL, boAt, or Redmi — literally anything else is better.Verdict: 1/5 — A frustrating waste of time, money, and peace of mind.If you value after-sales support, stay far away from Crossbeats.

Superb quality

Earbuds are of good quality with small and suitable design. Audio quality nice and seemed similar to other earbuds in this price range. Battery life is definitely superb, u might listen songs for 1 hour but it will reduce earbud battery only by 10%. Bluetooth range is approx 10 meters so beyond this range connection and sound will get glitchy.

The return policy list is ridiculously long (10 steps!), and to top it off, you're forced to return the item through BlueDart courier. I shouldn’t have to go through all this hassle. Amazon should offer a much simpler process where someone comes to pick up the item from my home – especially since it’s a return. I’m highly disappointed with how unprofessional and inconvenient the whole situation has been.Overall: I regret purchasing these earbuds, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for quality sound and hassle-free service to look elsewhere.
