Since they offer a 12-month warranty, I contacted customer service, expecting a resolution. However, after multiple emails and providing all requested information, I have yet to receive any meaningful response. It's been 3 weeks and I'm just giving up at this point. I’m disappointed by both the product’s short lifespan and the lack of support. Svakom does not seem to honor its warranty or prioritize customer satisfaction. Don't waste your money.
