Conditioner treatment smells lovely. The english directions are a bit ambiguous as to how much and how long to leave on the hair (it says "for a while"). I applied this onto my scalp as well since it is supposed help with fall out whereas with my usual conditioner I would only apply to the ends of my hair. I left it on for about 10 minutes and my hair felt smoother as I was washing it out. Currently, I only use this product of their hair care line in my routine but it is recommended to use their shampoo and follow up with the scalp treatment to see results. I will provide an update if I have seen a noticeable difference in fallout of hair.

This hair conditioner is nourishing and leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. It detangles my hair without weighing it down. The pump works great, dispensing just the right amount without wasting product, and I love the light, pleasant scent.

This hair treatment is really nourishing. It makes my hair feel super soft after using it and I am amazed by how well it detangles my damaged hair. I am amazed by how they use natural ingredients in this conditioner while still working so well as a conditioner. My only gripe about this conditioner is that whenever you use this conditioner, you have to be sure to rinse very well or else you will find some residue in your hair. As someone with fine Asian hair, I don't find this conditioner weighing my hair down when I rinse it out properly. This conditioner came nicely packaged. They taped down the pump so that the conditioner wouldn't leak during transport. The pump that comes with this conditioner also works very well. It takes about 2 full pumps for me to cover all my hair. I usually don't apply conditioners to my scalp but since this conditioner claims to help with dandruff, I tried it and I have actually noticed an improvement with my dandruff as well.

I'm a big Diane hair care fan and love Japanese hair care overall. This conditioner fares well as a daily conditioner. It left my hair soft and smooth without being weighed down. I'm not sure if the ingredients can truly help with hair fall, there are definitely a good amount of Botanical ingredients but I'm not sure which are good for hair loss. It has a nice smell, a mix of a perfume, some fruitiness, and a little bit of Pantene scent.

This conditioner has a really cool bottle! I love how it dispenses. You just press right in the middle. While dispensing hair products isn't a major issue for me, I do sometimes tip the bottle over when pressing on one side of the pump. So this center pump eliminates that. Plus it makes me feel fancy.Anyway, it did a really good job of daily conditioning. My hair felt soft almost instantly once applied. It was very easy for me to distribute this by finger combing through my hair. It's the right viscosity to distribute - not so thick that you need a ton of product to coat your hair, while still thick enough not to drip. I let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse. Voila. No buildup, even on my roots, where I usually do not apply conditioner to avoid weighing down my hair.The bottle does say that the product is NOT for treating baldness or hair regrowth. I am guessing it would probably translate more as a hair strengthening product for people who have brittle hair that breaks off easily.The brand is Moist Diane and appears to be re-labeled as just "Diane" for American sales. There is an English label pasted over the original label.I took a star off because I am not a fan of the scent. Washing my hair is time consuming and I like to make it as enjoyable as possible with luxury scents. This one isn't strong, which is fine, but it's a weird scent that reminds me of a vegetable garden, like tomato plants.

When I first got this conditioner, I thought it was the shampoo, so I used it as such. I worked it in real well, massaged it throughout my hair, rinsed, then did it again. I did not apply any conditioner afterwards, because my hair felt very conditioned already. I let my hair dry naturally overnight and in the morning my hair looked great. It was that afternoon that I realized I had used the conditioner and not the shampoo. Lesson learned: I will now use it when my hair is not very dirty, but still needs a pick me up.Great conditioner; makes my hair and scalp feel good. Just put a little on the back of your hand and see how moisturizing and soothing it it. It smells good too - a very light and delightful scent. The pump is so convenient and works so well. It helps to not waste any product.The ingredients list is impressive: so many herbs and natural ingredients; no wonder it feels so good!

I don't know if it's helped with hair falling but as a conditioner it's quite lovely. I love the design of the bottle, it's over the top but in a good way. I think it would be a nice addition to a personal care gift basket.
