The mix is very good, no too watery and no too strong flavors (almost all taste excellent) my favorite is passion and the less favorite is watermelon. At first I thought that the packaging was reduced due all packaging and packet material is almost double, so save the environment, but when I compared side by side, the downgrade is the new package comes with 41% less amount than the last order I made. The packets are small enough to put in your pocket and mix it in with water. Mix 1 stick pack anywhere from 16 oz to 32 oz of water. I drink it in the morning, afternoon, and at night.
