It is a quality machine with some very nice convenient features.
I had several criteria that a treadmill needed to meet, and finding one that ticked ALL of the boxes was almost impossible, this treadmill was LITERALLY the only one that has:Auto inclineA wide enough running beltFolded flat AND fit beneath my bed frame (sub 10")Quick adjustments to fold and un-fold flat.I found plenty of treadmills that ticked some of these boxes, but none that met all of my needs. I was even willing to spend more money if I had to, but treadmills like this just don't exist at any pricepoint. So happy that after 4 days of research I finally found this treadmill. On paper it sounded too good to be true, but in practice, it really is every bit as good and even exceeds expectations.Working some cardio into my life is a new thing, but this treadmill has made it fun and easy to get into. The bluetooth connectivity is great! The app that they send you to with the QR code on the machine works great, but it wasn't working well with my heart monitor (disconnects every time you minimize or close the app), so I found a couple of other apps that together accomplish everything I want: QZ Fitness and Strava! QZ tracks everything and works great with your basic heart rate monitor, and it auto exports your data to Strava which makes it easy to track my progress. The treadmill is sturdy, and smooth. The elevation goes all the way up to 20% which is more than I will likely ever use. I really like how the elevation resets down to 0 after you stop the machine. Zero complaints here, I am one happy customer!

Great customer support!!
Wow! Wow! Wow! I think I love the customer service more than the treadmill. I had some issues with set up. One of the knobs was warped and I could t get it to tighten the arm holding the control console. I reached out. The team responded IMMEDIATELY. They mailed me a new knob. Sent videos to make sure I could fix my issues with clarity. I mean above and beyond. The treadmill is great. Works well. I love the speed and range of incline. Wish it had a bit more bounce to it. It doesn’t feel like I’m having a cushioned run. But I love the fold away design. So easy to put away when not in use. So far so good!!

Narrow arms
So far this is a great treadmill. It's quiet, it folds nicely, it's sturdy. Im giving it 4 stars because the arms are so narrow that I keep hitting my hands and fists on them when them running. I have to keep my arms fairly tight to my body and run farther back on the belt to avoid it. I wish I could fold them down like my previous treadmill, but I'm still happy with my purchase.

I LOVE IT!!
first impression: very nice looking, extremely easy to set up. i've used it every day for 2 weeks and am loving it so far. its is incredibly quiet and sturdy. i really like the control dial and display. my wife likes the fact she can put her laptop right in front of her. i feel like this machine is well worth the money spent and is going to last a long time. my previous 2 treadmills were half the price (ancheer) but they didn't last very long-- 2 treadmills in 3.5 years-- and i had nothing but problems with them. the BORGUSI build quality was clearly apparent after the first 2 minutes of use. feels like treadmill heaven! will follow up in six months. as usual, amazon made it easy to get and the fedex driver even helped me get it in the house.

Fast treadmill
This machine is awesome!! It's super fast for speed work, and the 20% incline is good for my walk days My son is a big firefighter and was super impressed with its power, and there was no belt slipping with him using it. We live in Kansas so the weather is always crazy, and now we can easily continue our training. Love it!

Customer support was helpful and polite, but...
Received this unit 1 week ago. Setup was easy. Other than minor adjustments to the belt to keep it centered, it seemed fine. I'm a bit spoiled, my previous unit was twice as expensive and it was a beast for 7 years. But even with a more powerful 4.0hp motor rating, this unit struggles, particularly at low speeds. As expected...again, half the cost. Much less momentum with much smaller rollers and less weight on the motor (no real flywheel). But this morning, started it up. Belt started to move, I was standing on the sides waiting for it to get to speed, and it threw an E08 error. Powered off and back on. Counts down and throws an E08. No support contact info in the manual, but I found what I believe to be their website online. I've reached out and will report back re: customer service.Update: There is no support number or email address in the manual. In fact, the manual doesn't even state the companies name! I had to hunt search for a web page that seems to be the company. But the support request form doesn't seem to do anything. And the email address is a Gmail address. No replies from seller contact on the website. Hopefully something better to post soon so I don't have to find a way to return it.Update: I received a contact from the seller after a short while. I was asked to take the cover off and check for loose connections. I did so and found none. As a result, a new control board was shipped. It was an effort replacing the board, obviously the connections were not meant to come loose. I have worked a a copier and PC repairman and worked with machines and electronics much of my life and this was a chore. After cutting away the hot glue and using a screwdriver as a pry bar for connectors, I was able to remove the old board. Installing the new one was easier...I took pictures to make sure the cables went back as they should. After re-assembly, the unit is working again. They've offered some compensation for my time and efforts. That said, I struggle to give this machine more than 3 stars. If it keeps working, I probably got the machine I paid for...it was inexpensive. But given the choice, I would suggest spending the money for a better unit. Especially if you're over 250lbs. But returning and replacing a treadmill is a LOT of work. So I'll just use this till it dies. Will try to update some months later...maybe I can be convinced this is better than I expect, and the pain from doing my own repair will have faded.Update: The machine is running fine no problems have come up since the repair. However, I never received any promised compensation for my troubles. I expect it's based on my giving them a good review, not because of the extra effort involved. I'll be perfectly honest: I could care less about the compensation. But if you're trying to buy a better review from me, sorry. I cannot say how many other reviews are based on 'compensation'. The product is a star better than before, but the support lost it. So this machine retains a 3 star review.
