Rusted within a week- Unsafe for birds
Got this delivered just 3 days ago, and it's already rusting. Extremely disappointed with the poor quality. This is meant for birds how can such unsafe materials be used? Rust can be harmful to them. trusted Amazon and the seller for safe pet products, but this is unacceptable. I want a full refund. Please take product safety seriously!

You might be ordering it for it natural wood look but it is made up of typical sanded wood pieces like those sticks that comes with cage.

Poor quality wood
Poor quality wood. Within a month lot of powder falling. May be some termite or insect eating from inside. Don't buy.

Rusted bolts
The media could not be loaded. The ladder is good but the bolts were rusted. They stay out of the cage so i decided to still use it.
