The popcorn machine is a nice product it works well..you do have to put it together. The instructions are ok. The machine pops corn well.

great little popcorn machine! Easy to clean with water and wipes easy to assemble and disassemble you have to make a couple batches before the popcorn starts to taste like actual movie theater popcorn- size is good fits in a small space- the heat light keeps the popcorn warm i love this machine makes movie night way better!

This is super cute! A little smaller than I expected but turns out to be perfect for what we need. I did get a little nervous about all the smoke before I added the kernels but once the popcorn was done popping there was no more smoking. I highly recommend

This is great if you host a lot of movie parties or get togethers. It's quite fun and great if you have kids and a family that consumes popcorn frequently. It's quite large and bulky, but quite convenient as it has wheels and a well made handle to wheel it around. The power cord is about 53 inches long, which is just enough to reach an outlet ~1 foot off the ground. Upon receiving the package, there was a significant "punched in" hole on the side of the box. Luckily, nothing was damaged. All parts were received. It even came with plastic popcorn "bags", a seasoning jar, and a scoop. The assembly was quite easy, even a high schooler could do it. It took about an hour or two to assemble. There were a few scratches on the frame of the actual popcorn machine (the top of entire unit) and on the side of the cart, but I wouldn't have noticed it if I wasn't looking for it (picture provided). It was really easy to use following the instructions and with three switches to operate the machine. The machine is really attractive overall and definitely gives the "movie theater"/"fair" vibes. I previously had a smaller popcorn machine and found that a lot of the kernels would not be popped, but with this machine, 95% of the kernels were popped. The handle of the kettle makes for easy pouring out of popped popcorn. The only main issue I have is with the cleaning of the unit. It states in the instruction manual that no part of the machine should be submerged in water, so be aware of that. Also, the kettle has another power cord coming out of it that plugs into the top of the inside of the machine. The only way to clean the machine itself is by wiping it down with a moist cloth. With all that oil residue, I really don't believe it will clean it all that well, but if you are fine with that and have a better solution, go ahead.

This was a gift for my son-in-law, who is a popcorn lover. He says it makes GREAT popcorn!! He really likes the fact the upper part of the machine can be taken off the wheels and used on a table or counter top. It is so much healthier than microwave popcorn because he can use the right amount of salt and oil for his diet. I'm Super Mother-in-law!

It worked great for the first year and we didn't run too much popcorn through it. Now it only pops a few kernels and stops popping. We cleaned it, put half the oil in, then half the popcorn. Nothing we have tried works. I don't think the heat is regulated and it's not getting hot enough. I don't see a fuse to replace either. I'd go with a different brand

The not pro is that it makes really good popcorn when you finally find the magic recipe combination, but it’s not worth the headache. The popper sits so close to the door that popcorn flies out when you open it. There is so little room inside the glass that you burn your hands trying to get out popcorn and you spill it trying to scoop it. It doesn’t fit together properly. There’s a metal piece that keeps the door from shutting all the way that we literally had to cut off. The popper is very difficult to get out and clean because the entire machine isn’t able to be put together straight. The paint on the sides gets a weird film almost immediately that won’t come off. The containers leave red everywhere and the paint comes off of them with first use. Should’ve spent the extra hundred dollars and got the good one that I know is much easier to use.
