just the right height and softness for a small person with "military neck." a little too low for side sleeping, but i haven't tried flipping it over for the other side. it does smell and off gas a bit, but i expect that to improve with time.

The material is good but too small and too flat. I would like more neck whole too. It’s ok but not great.

I like the shape and density but it needs to be thicker.

These are always great. They relieve so much neck pain. Great support. We sleep with only these.
