I dealt with a lot of soreness in my neck and shoulders from sleeping in the c curl and this pillow fixed that overnight! I no longer as stiff or sore when I wake up and I can finally get comfortable in bed! I feel like my neck has great support and I like that there is different heights on each side for a good fit. The cover looks pretty nice so while it doesn’t have the case or appearance of a traditional pillow, it’s not the worst thing in the world. I do wish there were more cover options.

While I love the feel and the firmness of the pillow, it didn't help me, it made it harder to sleep and felt like it was too thick.

I tried this pillow on my back at first, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The next time I tried it under my knees, and the same. Just not for me.

I can't sleep without this little jewel anymore. Well, I can sleep but thank heaven I don't have to! I ordered this lumbar pillow because I like to sleep on my back, but lately my it’s has been hurting when I wake up in the morning. I thought this might help so I gave it a try and I’m so glad I did. The lumbar pillow fits itself to the curve of my back providing a little extra support. Thanks to the memory it's also perfect fit. I no longer have any issues with early morning back pain and overall, I'm even getting better sleep. The cost is completely worth it too. The pillow cover is also very soft and since it's just a little lift at the curve of my back, nothing else needs to be added. I think it all has to do with the size of the pillow. It's hardly raised at all but it works wonderfully for me. I'm planning on a longstanding relationship after all.

both my wife and I tried using this as we have back pain but this pillow support seems to make the matter worse. We couldn't get comfortable using it so maybe it is for larger people that we are.I would not recommend at this time.

If you have a big booty like I do and when you lay down it feels like you're arching your back which makes my lower back hurt, this helps add support when laying down on your back and belly. I can't sleep on it b/c I'm a side sleep and to me, its not comfortable if you're on your side but I do use it when I'm laying down reading.

I ordered this lumbar sleep pillow for the purpose of providing support for my lower back and provide comfort with the memory foam while in bed. What I can personally say is that it looks well crafted, and at first try, with it's firmness, I didn't enjoy the experience. After some trial and error, I found the correct positioning under my back and waist where it felt most comfortable and more enjoyable. I am a back sleeper, and occasionally a side sleeper, and using it to sleep while on my back, the padding and added memory foam support has proven to allow me a comfortable nights sleep.

This pillow probably travels around my house more than any other pillow I own. It’s great for lumbar support on any number of chairs, and is super comfortable for my back if I’m sleeping on my side. However, if I try to sleep on it on my back, even with it being relatively thin, I think it’s just too thick and my upper back hurts when I wake up. That’s a very personal thing though, so someone else may have better success on their back.I was interested in it because of how thin it is. Most lumbar support assumes you need a thick pillow, but I really just need a slight extra bump of support. This is thin enough to do that without being excessive, and wide enough that it spans most of my back, which I feel is more comfortable. It’s long enough that if I’m on my side on one end of it, I can roll over to my other side without falling off the cushion. It is firm enough to provide support without being immediately squashed by any weight, but it gives enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re laying on a lump.Despite not being able to use this on the rare occasion I feel like sleeping on my back, this gets 5 stars because it is just that comfortable for any other use.
