These are SO MUCH BETTER than the silicon putty versions, if you’re using them for swimming laps. Seriously, don’t even think about buying the moldable plugs, just get these. The putty falls out and never makes a right seal, but these keep water out for an entire swim session. Just make sure to put them in before you get in the shower/pool so you don’t trap water in your ears.

I've started swimming again after a five year lay off. I couldn't find my old ear plugs which were the same as these so I ordered this new set of four ear plugs. When you follow their instructions for ear plug insertion, they slip in nicely. They keep the water out of my ears. I recommend these swimming ear plugs.

Used these for the first time today at the pool. They were comfortable and did the job. I love to lay in the water and just float on my back for minutes on end. Unfortunately I tend to get ear infections about every other year and after the last one about a month ago I said no more. I was actually a little worried about going back into the pool so soon after finally getting over my latest ear infection. These ear plugs though kept my inner ear dry. I know it's a small sample size after only the one use but I am quite certain I found the solution to my ear infection problems. The case and second set is a nice bonus.

I never had a problem with water plugging up my ears until this past summer. On two occasions, I went swimming and got water in my ears, which plugged them up for up to two days after. After browsing Amazon for a while, I decided to try these, as they seemed to have the best ratings and reviews.I was not disappointed.All of last week, I was swimming and snorkeling, and each time, I wore these AquaBlock earplugs. Not a drop of water got in my ears, and I was able to swim without suffering from plugged ears for days afterward. I was extremely pleased! Not only that, but the earplugs are extremely easy to insert and remove, and are very comfortable. They also provide an extra pair (in case you're like me and tend to lose things), and come in a clear plastic container so that they stay clean and in tact and don't get lost in your bag.Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and highly recommend these to anyone looking for a good pair of earplugs for swimming or bathing.

I’m an aquatic athlete as well as a musician. These are my go-to earplugs, and in fact the ONLY earplugs I will use, for surfing and swimming. The silicon is soft and comfortable. I once had a different brand of aquatic earplugs with a harder stem; my surfboard hit me in the side of the head during a wipeout and drove the plug so far into my ear canal that I almost couldn’t retrieve it. It was a super painful experience & a panicky situation. Since then, THESE are the only plugs I will use. I also like them for loud situations because unlike foam earplugs, which require an involved two-handed process for inserting them into the ear canal, these I can get into my ears with a deft lick and a stick. Great product.

UPDATE - I would suggest that if you decide to get this one, never get the clear color because it is so difficult to find when it falls off your ear or your hand. I've lost them already.It does the job of preventing the water from entering my ear but I have to keep adjusting it to a certain angle to keep it in place. I am still using it but I am already in search for a new ear plug that will stay in place. Not all ears are the same so if this fits your ear then good for you. I, however, will have to keep searching.

I struggled to learn how to swim when Covid started. I was nauseous a lot, and wore ear plugs (the foam squishy ones) to help, but they often fell out. I swim better now, after 4 years, but still dislike the feeling of water in my ears, plus I think it affects my hearing. I tried these Mack's today, and they were SO simple to put in (I am often mystified by instructions, diagrams, and even videos!) and they stayed in with no fuss at all! I'm buying another set in case I lose the first set. I really wish I had discovered these 4 years ago!

First of all, when I was 3 years old, my eardrum was damaged. It was punctured, and as of today, now that I am 16, it still has not healed. The doctor said that if I were to get any water at all into my ear, it would cause a severe infection and my hearing could be more damaged than it already was. That did not discourage me from swimming though. Before, I would always swim with the silicon putty earplugs, along with a swim cap over my ears to keep water out. However, the silicon putty would always come loose, and the swim camp under my ears was very uncomfortable. Then along came THIS PRODUCT. It was absolutely perfect. It stayed in my ear the whole time, and I no longer need to swim with a swim cap on. Now, I can swim without worry that water will enter my ear. Great Product, will definitely recommend to anyone.
