Seems like it's made of decent material
Fits good made decent. not sure just how much it will keep the tank from actually freezing?

Solid Cover
This tank cover's pretty solid. Fits my 20 x 34 pressure tank perfectly. The 3 layer insulation with that foil stuff really keeps the cold out. It's waterproof too, which is great for rainy days. Definitely helps prevent freezing in winter. Easy to put on and seems durable. Overall, it does the job and I'm happy with it. If you've got an outdoor water tank, this is worth getting.
