As a Brazilian raised in a family very much into herbs and natural medicine, I can recommend this tea as one of the best therapies for gastric issues. It helped my digestion immensely. 80% improvement in reflux and excessive bloatedness in the first week. 2 mugs a day. Heartburn and all bad symptoms were gone by the second week. Obviously it was followed by a clean diet with less coffee, no alcohol and excessive fat. It is about balance. But the tea is a great support. Rio Amazon is providing a very good quality Brazilian Tea.

After-meal digestion - sorted!
This tea beats mint, green and ginger for digestive issues. Burping and flatulence disappeared with the first drink, and have not returned. Granted, I take measures to ensure I keep my colon moving regularly and free of as many animal products as possible, and I eat more slowly and mindfully now. This stuff is magic, and it tastes OK too.
