My only gripe is that the order of the books doesn’t match the title, which threw me off a bit, but it’s still a solid resource. wonderful
wonderfully written as it was very easy to read and apply with so many actionable steps on how to really activate the centers of the mind in the most useful, thoughtful and time efficient ways. I liked how easy to do the processes are presented without having to spend all day in the lotus pose to achieve top results.

Excellent Book for both Stoics and Critical Thinkers
This 3 in 1 version combines the best in one book. I purchased the ebook because it is convenient for me to take it anywhere and indulge myself with great knowledge. This Stoicism book brings awareness, critical thinking skills, and emotional awareness. This book helped me deeply understand my emotional thinking and practice separating feelings and biased emotions. Learning about how to process your thoughts and understand about Stoicism gave me a different sense of self perception and deepen my roots into Stoicism. I would recommend this book to anyone!

Like a textbook for becoming a better you
I've always been a fan of the typical stoicism books, and when I read them regularly, I find that it transfers to my actions and habits, ultimately leading to living as a better version of myself. I knew I'd find some value in this book, but I was shocked at just how much was really in here. It wasn't limited just to stoic philosophies or quotes, it also expands into ideas and tips for actually living out the stoic philosophies in real life. It also has a critical thinking section which I found fascinating, helping me think about potential short comings in my logic and thought process in general. Overall the book is very complete and well written.
