Herb Pharm Adrenal Support Liquid Herbal Formula with Eleuthero and Licorice Liquid Extracts - 1 Ounce

I started taking this about 3 months ago. I was struggling with waking up in the middle of the night and then couldn't get back to sleep! This was happening nightly for months and I was getting a little cranky (imagine that) because I was only getting about 4 to 5 hours of sleep a night. I had taken an adrenal support about a year ago from my nutritionist/chiropractor and it worked back then but wasn't willing to keep spending a lot of money on more supplements. After doing more research I thought I'd give it a try because the price was very reasonable. I don't like putting a price tag on health but it does start to get a little expensive. I have to say this stuff really works for stressed adrenals which is my problem. I feel calmer during the day and I'm sleeping like a baby!! I took it 3x a day for the first bottle and being on my third, I now take it once a day and it's still working. If I feel like I need more I'll take it 2x a day. I did not receive this product for free from the manufacturer for a review. I'm just a customer, that's greatful for a good nights sleep. Please do your own research to see if this would be helpful for your situation.

This is one of the best 'pick me up' I use. Quality is consistent through out the years. Also helps with sleep. Less stressed better sleep. I take only in the morning but later I notice my sleep is improved as well as a more energetic day.

I like using this because it is in liquid form, which makes it work almost immediately. When used In combination with Lugol’s solution, I have almost unlimited energy. I will be using this product for a long time to come!

I bought this in place of the dr Wilson’s adrenal drops and I’m very happy with them. Seem to have more ingredients that are necessary and a much better price. I’m on my fourth bottle. I use a dropper full twice a day in a glass of water and there’s only a very mild taste.

Whenever I'm feeling my body move into a stressful state, I will take a lil dropper of this under the tongue and immediately feel it going to work. I'm an introvert and sometimes even take a dose before heading into a social event. It calms me down without having to take a pill or having a cocktail.

I began using this product, based on the recommendation from my nurse practitioner in Oregon. As far as my lab results with my hormones, they had not worsened, but stabilized with a small decline in a positive realm over 6 months of use.

I am surprised that other reviewers are saying that it takes a while to work. For me, it started working within days, and I was taking only 1 or 2 times a day. I had so much energy I wasn't sleepy at night, and didn't have a 4 pm crash either, so I had to cut the dosage to once only. I'm amazed at this product. I had been taking a lot of folate and vitamin B complex in an effort to boost my energy and avoid brain fog, but this helps in a different and more natural way. I will continue with the vitamins, and with this. Great product!

If I take more than 7 or 8 drops in the a.m., it works in reverse and makes me tired. I can never take the amount of anything that is recommended--has always been that way. Learning to do proper muscle testing is extremely important. Not every method is worthwhile for me. (Have take it over a year.)
