I bought this as a way to video an item revolving on the disc. It's a nice weighty product but it doesn't spin perfectly smoothly - tends to grab just a little, which meant my video wasn't the success I hoped for.

Having priced up pottery turntables in local specialist shops, I was concerned that the price of this might mean it is flimsy. but it is very stable. I would prefer the shaft to be slightly higher -- but can easily adjust bench height. Very pleased with it

Excellent quality, well built, heavy weight, smooth spinning, large size, banding wheel.I use it while hand building in clay.Managed to make myself buy this very well priced, but more expensive than some, banding wheel by using the just 'buy it once and buy the better one' principle and very pleased I did!

Very sturdy, great price for the 30cm diameter. From researching most banding wheels are twice the price and smaller. I’ll be able to build large vases a sculptures on this.
