Terrible quality. The interior motor was not correctly in place. I managed to seat it correctly, but the “mist” did not work nor does the fan remain adjusted correctly. Sending back. Will not repurchase

I bought 2 as a gift. Wires were completely cut and the fan broke after the first use. Returned both got a full refund on only one. The company only wanted to give me 30% refund on the second one. Tried to get a return address took a few weeks to get a response. I wouldn’t bother buying again.

Right away on opening the pkg you can see the poor quality. The fan does not stay adjusted and stable, it does not have the realistic sound shown on product sale video. The light is really the only part of the item that is pleasant. Would not purchase again
