My dog has had a bad allergic problem causing a build up of a dark brown waxy substance in his ear so had to have steroid treatment and drops. As it has improved, we were advised to use this product to clear out the residue left deep in the ear. Using it for the first time, by filling his ear to the top of the ear canal - level with the outer edge of the canal - then gently holding the ear down whilst, again, gently, massaging the ear - then letting him shake his head, leaving the fluid to work, it loosened the brown discharge and then, I was able to wipe away all the brown matter that had surfaced, using cotton make up pads and ear wipes. Never use cotton buds as they push the process back down into the ear. I will repeat this process every two to theee days until the ear is completely clean. This product is amazing and half the price charged by Vets. Safe to use if you follow the instructions. Highly recommended for gently cleaning dog or cat ears of unwanted matter. IMPORTANT: Always check with your vet first in case there is an underlying infection that needs special treatment.

My terrier is a cranky old boy. At 17, he hates being pulled around or restrained in any way so cleaning his ears is a challenge. He is deaf, but even unused ears need some maintenance. The product stops ear buildup and the long nozzle makes it easier than I expected to apply. My old man rubs his ears on whatever he can find afterwards, but I leave a towel handy for his after-application jig.

Le système de goutte à goutte permets de mettre une petite quantité de produits et de ne pas inonder le conduit auditif de l animal. Au bout de 15 jours le produit est efficace et a diminué la production de cerumen.

Cleaned the ears out with water en the used the drops I first used the otodine drup within 8 hours the swelling went down and I will never use the other drops again. Thrown away money this
