Just got it. Easy to resize due to the very clear instructional video. I like the look and feel of it as well as it's got a nice heavy feel of quality not a toy but a very nice peice of jewelry for a man. It''s made durable and a great value for the money and comfortable! I would be very happy to receive it as a very special gift, big time! Very happy with this so far! Not sure about pain relief I just put it on. I'll be back later to report on that.

love my bracelet i gave a 4 because the directions to remove links not clear took me over 1/2 hour i almost broke it and was going to sent it back i had patience and did it / thats why a 4 i still need to remove 1 link but to afraid maybe i will pay someone lol!!! but the braclet and feel is exceptional and my wrist wich i broke feels so much better when i wear it but buyer beware to remove your own links

My boyfriend loves this! He is not a big fan of jewelry but recently he’s been into the magnet/copper bracelet idea. He used to install flooring when I first got him the bracelet and I figured it would break or get scuffed up quickly. But it didn’t! He is now an apprentice lineman and he wears it to work every day and it still looks great! He says it’s comfortable to wear. And it comes with an adjustment setup. We used that to size it to his wrist. Super easy!

I haven’t seen much difference in my pain level

I have two bracelets, and a necklace. I love them for my chronic pain. One bracelet will constantly unbuckle no matter which wrist it’s on. Still giving 5 stars because of the relief it gives
