It taste like honey. It may be a little thinner then most honey. It doesn't do anything for my energy. 30$ for 30 packets is a little pricey.

I love the taste

This stuff is interesting. I recently learned about the benefits of Shilajit honey, so I decided to try some. I just take it straight from the packet. It tastes good, but is different from any other honey I've ever had. It's good to add to medicinal teas as well. I can't speak to increases in energy as I just got this to try and haven't consumed it on a regular basis. I did take it during a recent illness and it helped as much as raw local honey. I'd buy it again.

I had no idea what to expect with this honey, but I immediately tried one when I received it. First off, the packs have about half the honey you'd expect in them, so that's unfortunate. Second, the taste is not at all what I was expecting, it was a really nice mellow flavor and somewhat sweet, but it definitely did not have the sweetness-power-punch of regular honey. Personally, I actually like the flavor and sweetness level of the Shilajit honey more than regular honey. The taste is not something I can describe only that it was a mellow taste that was unexpected but yet quite delightful. I think these would go great in an espresso, but since there's not that much in each packet, it might not work out too well. It says it's organic but there are no official certifications on it and it's from China, so buyer beware...

Pros:• Good side individual serving packets• Nice-looking outer packagingCons:• Taste is really weird. Not my favorite for straight-snacking, but okay to mix into drinks.• Design of individual packets isn't the best -- the wide seam makes it difficult to suck the honey out of the tube.

As I'm moving around from one end of the building to the other, it works up a sweat and I'm usually drinking tons and tons of water in order to keep up with the demand at work. Sometimes though, just drinking water can be enough but just needs a little umf to kick it up a notch and a lot of the powdering stuff on the market doesn't sit well with me. However with these honey sticks, it definitely adds a fun little sweet kick that jolts me right back up with a ton of energy. It comes in a pack of 30 in this fun cylinder case and doesn't add too much calories so it's perfect for a lot of activity.
