A nice machete that I will be able to use for various projects.. Built pretty well, has some weight to it. Would make a good blade to stow in your camping gear, B.OB. ,etc.

Great value for 20 dollars.Not too big or heavy. Perfect for small tasks / around the yard etc. Handle "fit" is solid. No wiggles. Blade is sturdy. However, I would not recommend for heavy duty/bushcraft activities.

The knife feels nice in hand though it's a bit smaller than expected. It will do the job. The sheathing came covered in mold. I washed the mold off and let it air dry. I'm pretty sure I saw mold complaints in other reviews.Update, put this thing to use on a camping trip, works very well.

I just got this item and didn't really use it, yet. My first impression: good quality chopper. Sharp enough to shave. Well balanced with the heavy front. Comfortable handle with good grip. I gave only 4 stars because of the sheath. Very basic, cheaply made, loose fit, huge belt loop. The straps around handle have hook-and-loop (somebody might like it) and placed in the location, where they will get cut while inserting/withdrawing the knife.

Stored in my car for emergency use only. Glad I have it.

I got this for chopping Berry vines but it's almost to nice. It's a nice long knife.

I like the Kukri shaped machete. I feel like it gives you a bit of mechanical advantage when hacking through branches and brush. Price you get a lot of knife here and it comes respectively, sharp and reasonably thick. Depending on the metal in the temper, I will see how long the blade lasts although I’ve cut through some stuff with it and the blades showed no damage so that’s a positive sign.It’s kind of blade. It’s really important to have a good chief and this does not come with a good one. Very thin nylon and I can see my fingers getting sliced as I pull the blade out if I’m not really careful. You have to be real paranoid. This is not like a good knife, sheep that you can strap around your hip.Pretty sharpen up to do real damage, so be very careful when you withdraw it and put it back into the sheath and be aware of where the edge and your fingers are at all times.
