This vitamin is very helpful and its serious. When my stomach hurt taking this it was because I was not drinking plenty of water. It does make you stay away from your cravings and over eating. I can control my stomach more and such my stomach in, when before my stomach was tight around my bellybutton n below my bellybutton.
