Very adjustable. You have to unfold it before wearing
I ordered the Classic Chauffeur Hat for Men Women Unisex Captain Sailor Hat Newsboy Cap Costume Hats. I don't know my head size, but I'm an adult woman with a small child size head and this fits me, however, it is incredibly adjustable. When I first put it on my head it was so short and wouldn't stay on, and I was thinking, oh my gosh, this doesn't work at all and won't even stay on my head. Then I started to actually use the brain that I was born with and the hat is a little bit folded in. So you need to push your hand through it and push it out as it is condensed smaller. Then I put it on my head and it was too big, and I went to see if there was a way to adjust it inside and I was in luck as there are two ribbons you can pull and tighten, thankfully. So at its biggest, it's pretty big and should fit a larger head, and I was able to make it quite small by tying the ribbons. This is really flattering and looks good too. I like to wear wigs a lot, and I normally wear bandanas so they don't look so silly around the scalp. But I also like wearing a hat similar to this I found on Halloween that was supposed to be a police cap, but it's just a little too big and looks too "costumey". This is perfect, and it'll look so cute with all my wigs, especially my bright red one. I might look like a dominatrix, but whatever. Overall, I am really pleased with this, and it's much better than I expected, thank you.

Good for the chauffeur or the captain and it is adjustable!!
I got this hat as I liked the design and I love hats (I must have dozens and the collection is growing)! It just didn't look right on me, but I gave it to my neighbor who drives for Uber and he absolutely loves it. I don't know if it is true, but he told me that his tips have gone up 25%+ when he wears it. Oh, when he is not driving, he is probably sailing and he wears it onboard as well!
