My old probe thermometer for roasts etc. that I have used for years packed up on a Saturday the day before an important family Sunday roast. Amazon to the rescue, I ordered that afternoon and got delivery next morning at 10 a.m. I upgraded to the Inkbird INT-12-BW. Excellent product, good build quality and long battery life from rechargeable battery. I have used it a number of times since then and frankly how I managed with the old probe is a mystery. Expensive, but worth every penny IMO. Excellent range, wifi or broadband, the black probe gives ambient oven temperature as well as internal meat temp. The app. is comprehensive and easy to use. Great product!

I recently used the Inkbird Wireless INT-12-BW BBQ Thermometer, and I have to say, it’s a game changer for anyone who loves live-fire cooking. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed with its quality and ease of use. We cooked a pork shoulder this weekend on our Drumbque, and the thermometer made everything so simple. The WiFi range is fantastic, and the companion app takes all the guesswork out of the cook—just set your desired doneness, and it handles the rest. The long black probe is brilliant; not only does it monitor the internal temperature of your meat, but it also keeps track of the BBQ’s ambient temperature, so you can easily manage any highs and lows throughout the cook. For rotisserie cooking, this thermometer is an absolute lifesaver. No wires to deal with, just effortless monitoring! Even with smaller cooks like this, the Inkbird made everything so much easier. The results were perfect—juicy meat and perfectly roasted sides (yes, we used the extra space for roast potatoes, parsnips, and butternut squash!). I also have to commend Inkbird as a company. Their customer service is outstanding—quick to respond and incredibly helpful if you ever have any issues. If you’re serious about BBQ or just want to make cooking easier, I highly recommend this thermometer. It’s an incredible tool that every BBQ lover should have in their kit.

This is a great device! Works well, reads pretty accurately. Charges great. Comes with 2 probes- if i had any criticism it would be the thickness of the probes, would prefer them thinner. Digital display nice and easy to read. Easy to use. Would recommend.

I am really impressed with this thermometer! The quality is outstanding, and the menu is very intuitive – nothing complicated about it at all. It's incredibly easy to use, and I love that it connects seamlessly to both the internet and Bluetooth. The ability to use the two probes separately is a fantastic feature, offering versatility for different cooking situations. Whether you're using it for BBQs or in the oven, it performs perfectly. The price is also very reasonable for the value it offers. I highly recommend it to everyone – it would make a great Christmas gift!

Very convenient and works well. The probes are a bit thick but considering how well they operate in such extreme environments from oven to dishwasher, one can't complain. The best thing though has been Inkbird's support. After nearly a year, I thought I had a failed black probe which wouldn't pair, and so I messaged Inkbird. Their response was immediate and helpful. We tried a couple of things and when that didn't seem to work, they promptly sent me a new probe. It turned out I must have been doing something wrong, and the old probe later paired ok. I offered to send the new probe back, but Cassie from Inkbird said I could keep it as a spare. This was first-class customer care, and much appreciated. I will be buying their products again.

First off, in my opinion this beats the Meater probe at every turn apart from the app. Its great having a dual thermometer for different pieces of meat with different cooking requirements, one probe (the black one) does internal and ambient temp, the other (the white one) just internal. It's brilliant as it uses Bluetooth to the probes then your WiFi to your phone.....but I have had the occasional drop-off with the probe but a quick restart sorted it. Easy to clean, I just chuck them in a sink of soapy water and quickly clean it and I think for what I paid it is great quality for the cost.

Love a meat probe , as cooking to temperature rather than time , is key for moist well cooked meat, I have the one probe generation of this, which is awesome, but restricted to Bluetooth , which still has a decent range, but still a hindrance, if you grill is a fair distance from the house, or you need to pop out. This version ticks both boxes as not only does it have awesome Bluetooth range, it also has the bonus of WiFi, giving me the perfect range, and the added bonus of being able to monitor cooks when away from the house, when I do slow and low cooks. First cook last night was just a basic steak reverse seared on my Kamado to a perfect medium and this probe and app nailed it.

Super disappointing. I've used ink bird products for years. But this is terrible. Super inaccurate and poorly made.
