I've had this for about 3 weeks. I have been taking it straight up. Twice a day. Lunch time and dinner time before eating. I suffer from migraines due to menopause as I had a hysterectomy done a year ago. The migraines have slowed down. Not gone away. The heat flashed have calmed down, not gone away. The symptoms have all calmed down. Not completely gone. I am satisfied with that..Now I will say this. I have lost 15 lbs since I started using this. Not sure if that was one of the benefits, however I am enjoying it..I also have gastritis. It has helped me alot. No flare ups. My food has been digesting fine.As far as the taste. I read that the taste was horrible. So I expected it to be horrible. It was actually pleasant. To me, it taste like honey. But I also drink teas daily and I can down ginger and turmeric easy. So maybe my taste buds are just built different..Overall I gave this a 5 star. I am very happy with it. I will come back when the bottle is done. To let you know how everything is.

I purchased this for my mom, who was still experiencing pesky flashes. I read in a tea book that this herbal product might help alleviate related issues with the flashes. So far, Mom has tried it and noticed that it has been helpful as a natural adjunct option. She was pleased that I got it for her, as she said she probably wouldn't have bought it for herself.Summing it up, she said yes it was effective. Decently priced so that she said she would buy another bottle. The taste didn't seem to be an issue and wasn't bad.

I take this 3 x a day and it has really helped my hot flashes not be half as bad as they were. Great product and it doesn’t taste bad at all.

I have been using Black Cohosh to manage my hot flashes, but felt like it was not helping any longer. I thought changing it up with another Supplement might be good.I did some studying and learned about Red Clover.I have been using the drops in the morning and evening consistently since December and I am feeling a notable change.This is what I will use from now on!I have received my 2nd bottle and subscribed to receive it automatically.The flavor is pleasant, a big plus.The Supplement is well packaged with the environment in mind.

I've gotten a lot of liquid supplements from this company and I'm generally a fan. This one is also good, but I have to admit...the flavor is one of the worst. I don't mind the others, but this one I almost have to hold my nose for. I'm sure that's not their fault. Dong Quai must just be foul. It is good for you so I still recommend it and give it 4 stars, but I will knock off one star just because it's so nasty.

I’m not sure I need to do any more convincing that this is a great product than I already did in the subject of the line, but this reduces the symptoms of PMS and I am 52 years old and I’ve only had two hot flashes ever!This is supposed to improve your blood circulation and is very beneficial for cardiovascular health. I have heard people say that this helped them with infertility issues.I know I can personally say it helps as an anti-inflammatory to reduce swelling and pain.I believe if you get this item, you will not be disappointed, it is pretty straightforward and exactly as the item is posted.Here is my honest opinion on this item:Excellent - If I absolutely love the product and it exceeds my expectation, I will actively suggest the product to my friends and would purchase it again myself as needed.Less than Excellent - I really like this item and it does what the seller claims it would do. I would more than likely recommend it to someone if I knew they were looking for that product.Sub Standard- This item is standard and for the most part does exactly what they say it does, but I would specify any differences. There may be things about a three star rating that I don’t like about the product. If I knew someone were looking for that specific item and I recommend it to them, I would also share with them the reservations that I have.Not so great - I take low ratings seriously. I also take seriously issues with items after you have spent good money on them. In this case, I would probably never recommend anything that I would rate two stars on, in fact, I would probably warn people so they would shy away from buying this item.You might want to find something else - It takes some serious issues to get a one star review from me.
