Was great — until it wasn’t. Purchased 2/6/25. Stopped working 11/1/25. Submitted warranty claim 11/9/2025. On 11/26/25 was told my replacement had shipped (ridiculous that it took 15 days and 16 emails to get a replacement but I digress). Inquired about tracking number on 11/29/25 since I hadn’t received my replacement and was told it had in fact not shipped and was “in process” (never mind the fact that I could order one from Amazon and have it delivered in 4 days). Finally scheduled to receive on 12/3/2025.

It seems to be defective as it doesn’t charge properly unless I position it at a weird angle, which is really inconvenient. Even when I do manage to get it charging, it dies much quicker than the one my girlfriend has. Hers works completely fine and lasts a lot longer. This bracelet has been frustrating especially because the one I got was even more expensive than hers! I wouldn’t recommend this bracelet unless they fix the charging issue.
