Did this replace the TP3012 for the Duramax?

I replaced a TP3012 with a TP3018 on a 2006 GMC Duramax.

Does this fit a 2005 Duramax

Yes, I use this filter on my 2005 Duramax.

Does this filter.co.e with the ( 2) O rings needed for the filter and the water seperator unit?

It comes wit the 2 O-rings, but water seperator unit no. Thats a seperate piece

Does the filter come with the large upper o-ring and the small lower o-ring for the water in fuel sensor?

Yes mine came with both o-rings but it did not come wrapped in plastic like they used to be. So the filter element is wide open to contaminants.
