Weight is nicely distributed for my petite frame. I’m 5 ft and some of the others hang too low. Hi got 8 lbs and I weigh 98 so it’s more than 12.5% of my body weight so substantial for me. I walk about an hour a day wearing it 4-5 days a week. The other days I don’t wear it. The only issue I hav3vis that the clip doesn’t open so I have to put in on/ take it off over my head with strap fully let out. But I’m used to that now and I’m tiny so it’s not a big deal. A larger framed person might have a difficult time with this. This was recommended by my doctor as beneficial to maintaining bone strength so hope that it’s working!

If you are looking for a weighted mess, this is the one! I’m 5 foot three 160 pounds and I literally have a 38 double D breast size and this thing fits me so comfortably I was in the market for one of these and I was so worried about one that would actually fit well, but this is the one! This is an insanely great workout. I’m excited to see the results. Oh the additional phone case and key chain holder is an added plus.

Vest fits perfectly and is comfortable. You can adjust the straps to conform to your build. The vest adds another level of fitness to my walking and calisthenics routine. I burn more calories, the weight adds more exersion. I purchased the 12 pound vest. Downside is you cannot add higher or lower weight if desired. For now 12 lb is plenty.

This is very comfortable. I love the pocket to hold my phone. It has added resistance to my workout and the weight is evenly distributed.
